*Replete Med Spa Cancellation Policy*
At Replete Med Spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. We value your time and the effort of our staff. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request that you adhere to our cancellation policy.

*24-Hour Cancellation Notice:*
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and organize our schedule accordingly.

*Cancellation Fee:*
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of $50. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the preparation and reservation of your appointment time.

*How to Cancel or Reschedule:*
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly at 253-846-2066 or through our online booking system. Our team is here to assist you with any changes.
*Exceptions:* We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent matter, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

*Reminder Service:*
To help you remember your appointment, we provide a courtesy reminder via text or email 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Late Arrival policy

*Replete Med Spa Late Arrival Policy*
At Replete Med Spa, we strive to provide timely and quality service to all our clients. In order to maintain a seamless schedule and ensure that each client receives the best possible care, we have established the following policy regarding late arrivals.

*15-Minute Late Policy:*
We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure
fairness and quality service for all our clients, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment.

*Cancellation Fee for Late Arrivals:*
In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, a fee of $50 will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the time reserved for your appointment and the preparation made by our staff. We may also have to cancel your appointment. If you are 15 minutes later or more and we cannot accommodate your services without putting stress on other patient’s appointments then cancelation may be necessary.

*Rescheduling Your Appointment:*
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible at 253-486-2066. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to offer you a later time slot on the same day or assist you in rescheduling for a more convenient time.

*Consideration for Other Clients:*
Arriving on time or notifying us of any delays helps us ensure that all our clients receive their full treatment and the attention they deserve.

*Tips to Avoid Late Arrivals:*
